- 1 medium bacon avocado or other avocado of your choice
- 1 tablespoon Vignoli Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup rice drink or other vegetable drink of your choice
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or agave syrup
- Half lime

Preparation
- 1. Cut the avocado in half, then scoop-out the flesh using a spoon and place in the food processor.
- 2. Add Vignoli Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vegetable drink, pure maple syrup or agave syrup and the juice of the half lime.
- 3. Process at high speed until smooth, creamy, and silky.
- 4. Serve immediately.
