Once the cooked grape must and wine vinegar are combined, they then mature in top-quality barrels exclusively made of wood such as sessile oak, cherry or mulberry. Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena contains no chemicals– no caramel colors, no Arabic gum, no artificial flavors, and no added sulfites.
