Our decadent Infused White Truffle EVOO and piquant Chili Pepper Infused EVOO come together with delicately sweet Pear Infused Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and our juicy Peach Infused Balsamic. Our White Truffle Infused is made for drizzling on a white pizza while our Chili Pepper Infused EVOO is excellent when added to a big bowl of spaghetti tossed with garlic and Parmigiano Reggiano. Our Pear and Peach Infused Balsamics are irresistible when added to salad dressings, marinades, or drizzled on aged cheeses. This collection is a little earthy, a little spicy, and a little sweet.
